Privacy
The short version: we ask for rough numbers so we can do the maths, you can see your whole plan without telling us who you are, and we only learn who you are if you ask us for something.
What we collect
The questionnaire asks for approximate financial information: a comfortable monthly payment, approximate household income, approximate recurring monthly debt payments, a savings range, an approximate credit range, and what and where you want to buy. It also asks a few optional questions used only to look for homebuyer programs.
Everything you enter is approximate and self-reported. We do not verify any of it.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, bank login details, or account numbers, and we never pull your credit report. If a page ever asks you for any of those while claiming to be us, it is not us.
Why we collect it
Solely to produce your homeownership plan. The estimates you see are generated from the information you supply, using published assumptions. Nothing is generated about you from outside sources.
When it becomes connected to you
You can see your full plan without giving us your name, email address or phone number. Your answers are not attached to your identity unless you choose to contact us.
If you ask us to email you your plan, talk with Ron, connect with a lender, or get an insurance estimate, we collect your name and email at that point, plus a phone number where the request needs one. A phone number is never required simply to be emailed your plan.
When you make one of those requests we store it alongside a summary of the plan you were looking at: your estimated price range, your monthly estimate, the cash figure, the programs we surfaced, and the assumptions behind them. That is so whoever helps you is looking at the same figures you saw.
What we send by email
Two kinds of email, both tied to something you asked for. If you request your plan, we email it to you. Whenever you make any of these requests, we send a notification to Ron Haibi so he can follow up.
We do not send marketing email on the strength of these requests, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.
When we share it
If you ask to be connected to a lender or an insurance professional, your request goes to Ron, who arranges the introduction. We do not pass your details to any lender or insurance company automatically. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone you have not asked to be connected to.
Consent
Consent boxes are never pre-ticked, and each one covers only the request you are making. We do not bundle unrelated marketing permission into them. If you tick the box allowing text messages, that applies to that request and you can stop at any time by replying STOP.
You do not have to agree to calls or texts in order to use this site, see your plan, or work with us on buying a home.
How it is handled
While you are answering questions, your answers stay in your browser for that session only, and are cleared when you close it. We never put your financial answers or your contact details in a web address.
Once you reach your plan it is saved on our side under a random, unguessable identifier, together with the assumptions used to produce it, so the figures remain interpretable later.
Our analytics record which steps people reach and which price range they searched, so we can see where the tool is confusing. They never include your income, debts, savings, credit range, comfortable payment, name, email or phone number.
Getting it removed
Email Bridgestone Realty LLC at ron@bridgestonere.com and ask us to delete your plan and contact details, and we will.
